Himawari is a japanese duo mixing pure uncut electronic music and digital video images. Hima released a full album “pomposa” by Rematter, a sister label of Lowres Records produced by Takeshi Ichikawa.
Colorfull Windows!
Satellite dishes customized by Julien Celdran.The decorative elements are chosen by the apartment inhabitants based on ornamental objects found in the apartment such as carpets, clothing or jewellry. The customization is free for the inhabitants as the projects is financed by public funds.
The Burqa Project
Subtitled “On the Borders of My Dreams I Encountered My Doubles Ghost” is a public project presented in a display window. The work consists of Islamic Burqas fabricated from “Western” flags (Germany-France-United States of America-United Kingdom).

These Nutri-Plates are intended to spark conversation at a dinner table and through repeated exposure to educate subtly and effortlessly even solitary diners. Nutri-Plates offer convinient daily opportunities for discurse and learning in hopes of affecting better nutritional and lifestyle choices.
